Your lenses are fully guaranteed against manufacturing defects for one year. Your frame is fully guaranteed against manufacturing defects for two years.

Prescription Changes

If your prescription changes within two months of your purchase, we will replace your lenses free of charge according to your new prescription.

Your Insurance Receipt

The receipt provided with your eyewear purchase contains the information required to submit a reimbursement claim to your insurance provider in Quebec or Ontario. Coverage will depend on the terms of your insurance plan.
